What services do you offer?
We provide individual therapy in-person or via telehealth, in-person DBT skill building groups, and coaching phone calls to adults 18 and older. We promote collaborative partnerships with other providers including doctors, psychiatrist, and other family members' therapists.

To provide the highest quality of care, we are limiting our focus to only treating adults at this time.

Do I have to do DBT?
No, you may participate in individual therapy only and your therapist will match the appropriate therapeutic modality that meets yours needs.
