Individual Therapy
Personal Focus
Our therapy sessions provide a space for individuals to express their thoughts and feelings openly while working on personalized therapy goals. Clients can receive in-person sessions in our Great Falls office or telehealth sessions throughout Montana.
DBT Skill Building Group
Group Learning
Develop effective coping strategies, improve your relationships, and better manage intense emotions by learning skills in a group setting.

Can't make it during the group times? You can learn skills 1:1 with an individual therapist. This can be incorporated into your individual therapy or if you have a different therapist, you can have sessions just focused on skill building.
